• Job Location: Marinette, WI 54143
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg (IU Med Unit) in an acute‑care hospital
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 03/02/2026 – End: 05/30/2026)
• Schedule: 36 hours/week
• Shift: 12‑hour night shift (nights)
• Patient Ratios (based on acuity): Days 1:4–5;
  Nights 1:5–6
• EMR/Charting & Equipment: Epic, Alaris, Pyxis
• Orientation: At least one shift to learn unit flow
• Parking: Free
• Scrubs: Any color

• Experience: 2+ years of recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Licensure: Active RN license in good standing (state license requirements apply)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Skills: Telemetry competency required (telemetry RN experience preferred)
• Traveler Friendly: First‑time travel nurses welcome

• Provide safe, high‑quality patient care to a general medical/surgical patient population
• Monitor and interpret telemetry, promptly recognizing and escalating changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform focused nursing assessments aligned with unit standards
• Collaborate with hospitalists and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate plans of care
• Document accurately and efficiently in Epic (EMR)
• Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and transitions of care
• Work effectively with unit support resources including patient‑free charge nurse, LPN support, RT, phlebotomy, and centralized telemetry monitoring
