LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Valid LPN License in the state of WI is required for this position; as well as proficiency in the type and quality of LPN care being provided.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide and direct patient care, as well as conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in triage and critical care situations, while supporting patients and their families.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Must be independent, efficient, and willing to follow RN Direction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable mentoring and training medication management.
