Mon-Thurs: 7am-6pm & Friday: 7am-3pm
Marinette Foundry: 3900 Hall Ave, Marinette, WI 54143
Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri: 7am-5pm
:
- Wellness and Preventative Physical Exams
- Acute care of minor illness and injuries
- Chronic Disease Management and Longitudinal care
- Minor procedures (suturing, splinting, incision/drainage, etc.)
- Lifestyle and well-being counseling
- Medical management of behavioral health conditions
Required Qualifications:
- ANCC/AANP Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant
- Active DEA registration
- Current CPR certification
- 2+ years of clinical experience working as an NP or PA providing services in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory, emergency and/or urgent care
- Experience seeing patients of all ages, including children and adolescents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between Waupaca and Marinette based on business needs
