Job Description
Coordinate, perform and assign consumer transports to and from county buildings, schools, hospitals, homes, group homes, foster homes, juvenile correctional facilities, treatment facilities or other destinations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma; one year experience with mentally ill, alcohol/drug dependent, developmentally disabled, children w/child abuse, neglect or significant emotional disturbances, or elderly or physically disabled population; qualification under WI Caregiver’s Law, WI Act 27; insurance acceptable driver’s license. 40 Hours/Week. $21.65 – $26.27/hour. Health/Dental Insurance; WRS;
