• Greet customers and manage the flow of service appointments in the drive lane
• Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear and accurate communication
• Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable interactions
• Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in line with company standards
• Answer technical questions related to vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs
• Efficiently assign and distribute repair orders to technicians
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and ordering parts as needed
• Oversee warranty claim submissions and help train and guide service department staff
• Ensure all work complies with dealership policies and industry regulations
• Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and team members

• Proven record of sales or service success preferred
