Description
As a Medical Director and Physician for Access Medical Clinics (AMC), you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for medical care services within the long-term care facility. The Medical Director collaborates with administration, nursing leadership, and attending providers to ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care consistent with federal and state regulations.

CompensationCompensation for this role will include a monthly stipend plus a pay per visit model.
Requirements- MD or DO with active state medical license
- Board certification in geriatric, family or internal medicine
- Experience in geriatrics, post-acute, or long-term care
- Knowledge of CMS and LTC regulatory requirements
- 4 hours per month per facility for administrative duties
- On-site presence expectations once weekly for rounding on acute care and long-term care patients. Approx. 2 hours per week.
- Participation in QAPI and leadership meetings
- Availability for consultation
