• Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases
• Present and explain additional protection products to enhance the ownership experience
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance
• Accurately desk deals and submit to lenders for approval
• Make informed credit decisions and effectively close transactions
• Ensure all contracts align with local, state, and federal regulations
• Prepare and review all necessary paperwork and documentation
• Audit deals post-sale to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure contracts are funded promptly and efficiently
• Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry regulations

• Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Expertise in structuring profitable and compliant deals
• Thorough understanding of title laws and registration processes
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow and improve
