Maintenance Planner
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner for our glass manufacturing facility in West Memphis, AR. You will schedule maintenance activities to maximize production uptime and equipment reliability.
Location:
West Memphis, AR
Industry: Glass Manufacturing
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan all weekly routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Schedule technicians based on production downtime windows.
- Source and order necessary spare parts and tools.
- Maintain data integrity within the CMMS tracking system.
- Coordinate with production managers to minimize line disruptions.
- Track maintenance key performance indicators and equipment history.
- Ensure all planned work complies with safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational credential.
- Two years of experience in industrial maintenance planning.
- Strong knowledge of glass manufacturing machinery preferred.
- Proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
Physical Demands:
- Walking across a loud, hot factory floor.
- Wearing mandatory personal protective equipment daily.
- Sitting at a desk for computer work.
