Premier Staffing Solution is seeking an experienced Mechatronics Specialist / Senior Automation & Controls Technician to support highly automated manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automation professionals looking for competitive pay, overtime, and travel benefits.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex automated manufacturing equipment.
- Modify and optimize Allen-Bradley PLC programs to improve equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot and recover Fanuc Robotics systems.
- Support Mitsubishi PLCs, HMIs, and Toyopuc/Toyota PLC systems.
- Diagnose and repair industrial sensors including proximity, laser, vision, photoelectric, ultrasonic, and encoder systems.
- Troubleshoot servo drives, motion control systems, VFDs, and industrial communication networks.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting from 24
VDC to 480
VAC. - Support commissioning, startup, and continuous improvement projects.
- Mentor maintenance technicians and support production, engineering, and quality teams.
- 8+ years of automation or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000, RSLogix, Control Logix, Compact Logix)
- Experience with Fanuc Robotics programming and troubleshooting
- Experience with Mitsubishi PLCs & HMIs
- Toyota/Toyopuc PLC experience preferred
- Experience with CNC, automated assembly, machining, welding, or material handling systems
- Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, and motion control troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
