VEHICLE TITLE/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLES SPECIALIST

-Based on Experience)

Some Experience in Title Processing /AP/AR Preferred

Full-Time
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

We are searching for an individual, who has an eye for detail/ accuracy and flexibility, to join our Accounting arena. This individual must be confident navigating Technology and various Software Platforms. It is a great environment for the person who enjoys desk jobs, research, spreadsheets; who values deep thinking, accuracy and data driven results over fast superficial work! • Process both Retail and Trade-in car deals.
• Payoff used car lien holders.
• Provide the daily report of paid off vehicles to the Controller.
• Assist in tracking all outstanding titles.
• Balance cash box and prepare daily bank deposit.
• Ensure all documentation is scanned into system.
• Maintain monthly log of all supplemental F&I products.
• Support a positive, professional environment with team members and customers.
• Excellent attendance integrity and work ethic (Detail oriented a must).
• Cross Train with Payable and Receivables

• General Math for Ledger Entries
• Data Entry on Excel Spreadsheets
• Basic Computer Knowledge and Navigation
• Attention to Detail for Accuracy
• Good Communications (verbal and written)
• Office machines knowledge/skills
• Dealership experience preferred will consider relative experience.
