Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette;
Register new patients and update established patient demographics, collecting insurance information, and entering any other important information needed into EHR;
Working our referral spreadsheet and online appointment requests;
Maintaining faxes and returning voicemails from patients;
