Job Overview

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $23.00/hr; base pay may vary with experience, skills, and location. Selected candidates may be eligible for benefits such as medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Shift Information

Stores are open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose technical issues and perform routine inspections, maintenance, and line technician services.
  • Conduct brake repairs, fluid flushes, wheel alignments, tire installation, and road tests.
  • Provide clear communication and feedback to guests about their vehicles.
  • Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
  • Mentor junior automotive technicians and promote teamwork during operating hours.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
  • Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and handling consumer tires and wheels.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license; at least 18 years of age.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Commitment to learning new automotive technologies.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
  • Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • ASE Certification.
  • Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
  • Electrical, air conditioning, and fuel ignition experience.
