We are seeking a full-time Insurance Client Services Specialist to join our high-performing and tight-knit team. In this in-office role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients and ensuring a smooth, personalized experience with every interaction.
- Hourly pay: $17–$20 based on experience with room to grow!

- Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Schedule appointments and assist with client follow-ups
- Update policy information, answer billing questions, and submit claims
- Process policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized client records and office presentation
- Support a positive and productive office atmosphere
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable learning insurance products and client management tools
