Dental Safari Company is looking for a motivated individual to join our in-office team!

At Dental Safari Company, we’re not your typical dental office—we’re a 100% mobile dental corporation providing preventive and treatment services to children (ages 0-18) directly at their schools. This is an office administrative position based in our Marion office, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a difference behind the scenes!

• Coordinate acquiring patient information and insurance benefit eligibility using Illinois Medi system and dental insurance websites as well as appointment scheduling with parents and school personnel.
• Perform all aspects of patient data entry in our Dental software
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Teams, and Outlook for administrative tasks
• Provide professional, friendly phone support and excellent customer service

• Experience in dental office administration or familiarity with dental terminology & insurance billing (preferred but not required)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!

• Pay:
  Competitive—based on experience and knowledge

  Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
