Join a well-established, patient-centered private practice in Marion, Illinois as a full-time Optometrist (OD). This is a wonderful opportunity to practice full-scope optometry with a focus on medical eye care and surgical co-management, all within a collaborative team environment equipped with the latest diagnostic technology.
- Competitive base salary: $170,000 - $225,000 with performance-based production bonuses
- Signing bonus of $15,000+

- Provide comprehensive optometric care, including disease management and post-operative co-management

- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and assess overall ocular health
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as glaucoma, AMD, and diabetic retinopathy
- Co-manage surgical cases including cataract, LASIK, and other procedures
- Prescribe corrective lenses and provide patient education on vision care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
- Travel to affiliated nearby clinics as needed
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient-first approach
- Willingness to travel between local partner sites
- Background in surgical co-management
- Familiarity with EHR platforms
