Join a well-established, patient-centered private practice in Marion, Illinois as a full-time Optometrist (OD). • Competitive base salary: $170,000 - $225,000 with performance-based production bonuses

• Provide comprehensive optometric care, including disease management and post-operative co-management

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and assess overall ocular health
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as glaucoma, AMD, and diabetic retinopathy
• Co-manage surgical cases including cataract, LASIK, and other procedures
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide patient education on vision care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
• Travel to affiliated nearby clinics as needed

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient-first approach
• Willingness to travel between local partner sites

• Background in surgical co-management
• Familiarity with EHR platforms
