Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist
to join a well-supported, established practice in Marion, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a strong referral base with a predictable schedule and a primarily outpatient focus.

• $525,000 guaranteed salary (12 months)
• Sign-on bonus:
  • $50,000 for 5-year contract
  • $36,000 for 3-year contract
• 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
• Monday–Friday schedule
• EMR: EPIC
• Call coverage required
• Established support staff and collaborative medical environment
