GED Instructor
Instruct students in Pre-GED and GED preparation. Responsible for teaching Common Core standards curriculum. Preparing students for the GED, including but not limited to: math, language arts, science, social studies, and career development. Utilize a variety of appropriate instructional strategies in a multi-level environment. Monitor attendance and complete paperwork as required. Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with non-traditional students
- Teaching experience in math, reading, English, science, social studies, and life skills
- Some experience with individualized instruction
