The Service Writer is responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by Oasis Outdoors RV by following the dealership standards and expectations.

• Customer Intake: Greet customers, listen to RV issues, and accurately document repair/maintenance requests on Work Orders.
• Estimate & Sales: Provide accurate time and cost estimates for repairs, upsell preventative maintenance, and promote dealership products.
• Technician Coordination: Communicate customer needs to the technicians and track the status of jobs to ensure deadlines are met.
• Warranty Administration: Verify warranty coverage, submit claims to manufacturers, and communicate approvals/denials.
• Customer Updates: Keep clients apprised of repair progress, explain technical issues, and handle vehicle walkthroughs at pickup.

• Education: High school diploma or GED; technical training or post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Experience: 1‑2 years in customer service, sales, or service writing in the RV, automotive, or powersports industries.
• Skills: Excellent communication, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and proficiency with dealership management software and computers.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with RV systems (plumbing, electrical, appliances) and camping lifestyles is highly preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
