How You'll Make a Difference

The Teller 1 is the most frequent point of contact for our members. By accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, you ensure our members' daily financial lives run smoothly. Your commitment to security and service excellence maintains the high level of trust our community places in us every day.

What You'll Do
  • Member Service Excellence: Deliver professional, friendly service to every member who visits our branch.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process all member transactions, including in-person visits, mail-in requests, and ATM deposits.
  • Financial Integrity: Balance your cash drawer daily and strictly follow all security protocols to ensure funds remain secure.
  • Career Growth: Actively work toward obtaining Universal Teller status within your first six months on the job.
  • Operational Accuracy: Use PC software and office equipment to maintain precise records of all financial activities.
What You Bring
  • The Heart: A passion for helping people and a professional attitude that makes members feel welcome.

    Experience:

    At least six months of cashier or money-handling experience is required.
  • The

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Skills:

    Strong decision‑making abilities, excellent verbal communication, and a knack for numbers.
