Supervise hourly employees. Must be capable of training, motivating, and organizing the workforce. Must have technical skills to guide the crew on continual improvement projects. Responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of assigned processes. Must complete daily production reports and maintain the Daily Management System communication boards in production areas. Must log and track material consumption for assigned operations. Must work any shift to support the production plan.

• Supervise production operations for assigned units or shifts.
• Supervise operators of production machinery, assemblers, Q‑C personnel, and packaging staff.
• Notify maintenance or engineering of equipment issues.
• Monitor output against schedules or quality goals, coordinate work flow, and ensure the unit has adequate inventory.
• Lead and direct employees, and share responsibility for personnel actions (hiring, performance, discipline) with HR and management.

  Education and Experience:
  
  Associate’s Degree and 3‑5 years of experience or equivalent education/experience.

  Skills:
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred Discipline: Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
• Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Teamwork, decision‑making, problem analysis, project management, and planning.

• Must remain seated or standing for extended periods.
• Must work mandatorily in different indoor/outdoor HVAC environments.
• Must lift up to 45 pounds.
• Must don mandatory safety gear and follow compliance mandates.
• This is a mandatory safety‑sensitive position.

$69,900 – $94,500
