The Student Nurse Academy is designed for student nurses who have completed their first clinical experience in a nursing program. As students progress through their education and continue to build knowledge and skills, they are given opportunities to further enhance their technical abilities. Students gain hands‑on experience using clinical equipment and performing patient care procedures in a hospital setting while working in precepted environments under the direct supervision of experienced registered nurses.

Required Certifications / Licenses / Experience

Currently enrolled in an accredited RN nursing program (AACN, CCNE, or ACEN)

Active BLS certification

• Submission of unofficial transcript

Completion of at least one semester of clinical rotations

Compensation

Hourly Range: $17

Incentives

Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Bonus
