Hourly Range - $15.82-$20.56.

Eligible for evening / night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.

2025-26 Benefit Guide (DIL)

This position is responsible for greeting, registering, collecting payments from and directing/escorting patients in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and hospital policies and procedures. Is an ambassador of Deaconess, cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity and optimism.

Completion of High School or GED is required. Knowledge of the health care revenue cycle is preferred. Understanding insurance is a plus.
