This is more than a front desk job; you'll be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from the very first phone call to the moment they walk out the door.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first smile patients hear and see on the phone and in person
- Schedule and reschedule appointments with accuracy and care
- Collect and update patient demographics, insurance, and important details
- Handle patient payments, post charges, and provide receipts
- Use computer systems confidently while keeping an eye on the details that matter
- Jump in where needed, every day can look a little different!
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- A warm, professional communicator who enjoys helping others
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Organized, reliable, and great at juggling multiple tasks
- Calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment

Pay Scale: $15.07-$19.58/hour
