Patient Sitter
The Patient Sitter provides close observation and companionship to patients who require continuous monitoring for safety reasons, including those at risk of falls, confusion, or self-harm. Working under the supervision of nursing staff, the Patient Sitter ensures the patient's environment remains safe, reports changes in patient behavior or condition promptly, and maintains patient dignity and privacy at all times. This role is critical in supporting the healthcare team and enhancing patient care outcomes.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience working in a health care setting is desired, but not required.
Licenses/Certificates:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of IL.
Compensation:
Hourly Range- $18.00-$27.00
Incentives:
Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
