- Assist the General Manager with department scheduling and staffing plans.
- Provide hands‑on support during staffing shortages, absences, and high‑demand periods while maintaining guest satisfaction, efficiency, and labor productivity.
- Assume responsibility for daily hotel operations in the General Manager's absence.
- Ensure Marriott brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and service excellence are maintained.
- Demonstrate proven customer service skills with a strong guest‑focused mentality.
- Oversee breakfast operations to ensure food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Experience: Prior hotel experience across multiple departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B) preferred, along with supervisory or leadership experience.
Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service, and maintenance workflows.
Personality: Energetic, service driven, confident, skilled in maintaining a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
