• Lead by example - coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
• Assist the General Manager with department scheduling and staffing plans.
• Provide hands‑on support during staffing shortages, absences, and high‑demand periods while maintaining guest satisfaction, efficiency, and labor productivity.
• Assume responsibility for daily hotel operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Ensure Marriott brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and service excellence are maintained.
• Demonstrate proven customer service skills with a strong guest‑focused mentality.
• Oversee breakfast operations to ensure food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Experience: Prior hotel experience across multiple departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B) preferred, along with supervisory or leadership experience.

Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge: Understanding of front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service, and maintenance workflows.

Personality: Energetic, service driven, confident, skilled in maintaining a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

This role is intentionally structured as a leadership pipeline position. High performers will be developed for future Assistant General Manager and General Manager opportunities within Prominence Hospitality. The Operations Supervisor ensures operational excellence across departments while developing the leadership capabilities necessary for future executive hotel roles.
