As a Full-Time HR Assistant at Hire Level, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of essential functions that keep our HR operations running smoothly. You can expect to handle employee inquiries, assist with onboarding new hires, maintain accurate employee records, and help organize training sessions. Daily tasks may also include supporting recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR documentation. You will work closely with a collaborative team, engaging in problem-solving discussions to enhance our workflows.
Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life rhythm while contributing to a vibrant and professional office environment.
