Provide support for AIP hardware/and software. Create active directory user accounts, printer setups, ordering of PCs, and technical documentation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Team member support
- Software & hardware installations
- New devices such as computer, printer, office device setup
- Network account maintenance
- Software and hardware troubleshooting/repair
- Training assistance for technical classes
- Secondary phone administration
- Familiarity with MS Office 0365, Windows, & Antivirus
- After hours support
- Technical documentation & training of users
- Oracle Support
- IS Security
- Service Desk Tickets
- IS Hardware support and installation
- Technical documentation & training of users
- After hours support
No supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge,Skills And Abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external contacts
- Problem solving skills to analyze root cause of software and hardware problems
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong Microsoft Office suite knowledge.
- Basic networking knowledge is a plus
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Develop schedules for maintenance in consideration for users uptime.
- Maintain logs & records of repairs/scheduled maintenance
- Device inventory tracking and replenishment while maintaining budgets
- Familiarity with:
Windows, 0365 Suite, MS Entra Admin Center, Networking hardware setup/patching (Cisco is a plus), VLANs, IP scopes, San Storage, VM environments, Group Policy, & network troubleshooting tools are required - Experience with VMware, backup storage such as Veeam and AWS, Power Shell, Oracle E Business Suite, AD Group policy, WDS/WSUS/SCCM, Databases, Programming languages, and Linux environments are a plus
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-2 years experience

All AIP sections and departments.
