Part-Time Office cleaner - Marion

Garner cleaning service has been servicing southern ,IL since 1996.

We are a family owned business with 25 team members .

The successful candidate will be someone who is able to be self motivated and able to work

independent of direct supervision, Able to lead others on jobsites and be able to solve problems

and create successful outcomes.

The tasks required include:
General cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal;

dusting; cleaning restrooms; break rooms; offices; conference rooms; sweeping and mopping

floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; and other duties as assigned. Specific duties may

vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location.

$15.00 up to $18.00 per hour

Path to promotion :

Level 2 cleaning specialist ->
Field Supervisor ->
Area manager.

Benefits :

Paid Time Off :
After 90 days earn 3 hrs. Accrue 3hrs per month for a max of 12 hrs per year.

Training:

Garner Cleaning Service will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures and

proper use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis.

Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.

Other Requirements:

Car :
Successful candidates must have a reliable vehicle to get to job sites. Applicant must

also have a valid drivers license.

Background Check:
Due to requirements of our clients the successful candidate must pass a

criminal background check.

Experience:

Candidates with prior cleaning experience will be prioritized over those with no
