Thrill house at Oasis is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and keep operations running smoothly. What you will doDrive daily operations, team development, and guest satisfaction to maximize profitability. Step in for the General Manager, oversee food and beverage (F&B) and attractions, work closely with various departments, including sales, kitchen, entertainment, and customer service, to create a fun, family‑friendly atmosphere while meeting business objectives and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local alcohol licensing.
Core Responsibilities- Operations Management:
Supervise daily openings/closings, inventory control, cash handling, facility maintenance and oversee day‑to‑day operations of the center, ensuring that all areas (rides, games, attractions, dining, etc.) are operating smoothly and efficiently. - Team Leadership:
Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, and training of floor staff and supervisors. - Guest
Experience:
Lead floor operations, handle guest escalations, and coordinate group bookings or private events. - Financial Performance:
Work alongside the GM to achieve revenue targets, monitor labor costs, and implement business growth strategies.
- Experience:
3+ to 5 years of management experience in hospitality, fast‑casual concepts, or large‑scale entertainment venues. - Skills:
Strong operational knowledge, team‑building, and proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems. - Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a fun, energetic environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in stressful situations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and operational improvements.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25-50 lbs.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate peak times and special events.
