Summary
This position is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of the manufacturing section.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Managing, coaching and directing Off Line Team Leaders (OLT's).
- Directing the problem‑solving activities of the manufacturing area.
- Analyzing and continuously scrap and detect products produced.
- Analyzing and continuously improving overall plant efficiency.
- Determine and prepare T/M daily work (Standardize work).
- Determine and prepare section training requirements and plan.
- Implement abnormal occurrence plan when necessary.
- Supporting the efforts of other sections within the company to achieve goals and targets.
- Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
- Will perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by Management.
This position will manage and direct OTL's and Hourly Team Members.

- 5 years of prior applicable experience in manufacturing.
- 2 years of management experience required.
All other ALM Departments and various outside vendors and customers.
Work Environment- Some dust, noise, oils, greases, grinding debris, compressed air, metal shavings, propane, solvents and occasional heavy lifting.
- Exposed to hazardous machinery and/or conditions that could result in injury up to and including a fatality if safety measures are not followed and adhered to.
- Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils. The performance of this position normally requires exposure to a typical manufacturing area where, under certain conditions, the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and/or safety shoes is required. Primary environment: temperature of work area may be affected by outside temperatures and machining. Industrial lighting provided.
