  No candidates within 40 miles

• 2+ years ICU (3 preferred)
• 1 prior travel assignment required

• Active IL RN License
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS
• NIHSS

• Strong neuro assessments, NIHSS, dysphagia screen
• Tele/EKG interpretation (exam on Day
  1)
• Vent/ETT management (RT available)
• Titrate drips (sedation, paralytics, cardiac, vasoactive, insulin)
• Sepsis protocol, post-ROSC hypothermia
• Critical thinking, adaptable, team-oriented
• Preferred: tPA, massive transfusion (Belmont)

• 18 beds (ICU & Stepdown mix)
• Ratios: ICU 2:1 | Stepdown 3:1
• Charge nurse takes patients
• Float to stepdown if needed

• Every other weekend/holiday
• No call
• Navy blue scrubs

• COVID vaccine not required (subject to change)
• Orientation week hours not guaranteed
