Job Summary
Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Marion, IL.
Employment Type:
Staff – 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts.
Location:
Marion, IL and surrounding areas.
This position is eligible for a $10,000 first‑year success bonus for achieving key achievements during the first year.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans for hospice patients.
Support patients in Marion, IL and surrounding areas.
Maintain timely charting to consistently meet critical deadlines.
Self‑manage time and schedule; demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
Qualifications- RN license in the state of residence.
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations.
- Current successful completion of a drug screen (includes medical and recreational marijuana screening).
Compensation structure:
The low end of the range includes salary and the first‑year success bonus. The high end is inclusive of productivity bonuses and additional shift work paid at a premium (e.g., after hours, weekends, on‑call). Compensation potential varies by market.
