Job Description
Join a 36-bed medical/surgical/ortho unit at Deaconess IL Medical Center in Marion, IL, for an exciting 13-week contract as an RN on the night shift. In this role, you’ll work 12-hour night shifts from 7 pm to 7:30 am, providing critical support in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be floating to the ED and ICU to assist with medical holds, handling a patient load with ratios of up to 1:5 with a CNA, or 1:4 in care-intensive scenarios.
This assignment is perfect for confident, independent RNs who thrive managing change and are resilient under pressure. Experience charting in EPIC is required, and a valid IL RN license must be attached upon submission. Expect a weekly gross earning of approximately $1,966.48, with guaranteed hours and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive team setting.
