This neuro-focused RN contract at Deaconess IL Medical Center offers a rewarding opportunity to work with neuro and neuro-surgical patients on a dedicated 22-bed unit. The role involves 12-hour day shifts over 13 weeks, with guaranteed hours and the chance to develop specialized skills in neurology, cerebral angiograms, and neuro assessments. Travelers will manage a variety of medical overflow patients and perform tasks such as neuro assessments, NIHSS screenings, and complex IV management, all while coordinating care in a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes.
