- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required. Looking for a confident, independent RN who is hard-working, resilient, and manages change well.
- Licensure: Active Illinois RN license required at the time of submittal (no pending licenses or temps).
- Certifications: AHA BLS required.
- Charting: EPIC charting experience required.
- Radius Rule: No local candidates accepted (40-mile radius rule applies).
- Weekend & Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- Unit Ratios: 36-bed Med/Surg/Ortho unit. Ratios are typically 1:5 with a CNA, or 1:4 primary care if a CNA calls in or during staffing issues.
- Dress Code: Navy Blue scrubs.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Not currently required (subject to change).
