Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Nights Marion, IL. This position involves providing high-quality patient care on a 36-bed medical-surgical unit, with a focus on orthopedic and general medical patients. The RN will work primarily night shifts, managing a patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:4 during staffing shortages, and will be responsible for delivering competent and independent nursing care.

  Minimum of 2 years Med/Surg experience; charting experience required with EPIC system proficiency
• Responsibilities include providing patient care on a 36-bed medical-surgical unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of approximately 1:5 or 1:4 during staffing shortages. The nurse must demonstrate confidence, resilience, ability to manage change effectively, and social skills.
• Unit features include a focus on orthopedic care and medical patient management.
• Additional Information:
  The unit operates with a staffing model that can vary based on CNA availability; scrub colors are navy blue.
• Interview days are scheduled from Monday through Friday, with MSP interview types.
• This position is subject to a 40-mile radius rule, requiring local candidates only.
