Warwick Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian to serve as Medical Director in our long-established small animal practice. Our Medical Directors spend over 90% of their time practicing medicine, providing clinical leadership without stepping away from patient care.

You’ll receive a six-figure base salary plus production, signing bonus, paid family leave, and strong clinical and operational support — allowing you to focus on leading the team and practicing quality medicine.

This is a true clinical leadership role, not a desk position.

• Guide medical standards and patient care quality

Operational responsibilities are shared with an experienced Hospital Manager and Care Vet leadership, so your focus remains on medicine and mentorship.
