Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintaining safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Cleansing all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, guidelines, methods, and approved chemicals, supplies, tools, equipment.
• Maintaining appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring rotation and proper storage, and placing orders to replenish supplies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
