Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, sales associates also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

Provide exceptional in‑store and online customer service, guiding customers through our brand experience to build authentic connections and drive sales. Operate the cash register, use POS and other store technology, and promote loyalty programs. Maintain visual and operational standards and support inventory processes, including shipping and receiving and omni‑order fulfilment for in‑store and curbside pickup.

• Cash wrap/cashier: operate store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product flow/shipping and receiving: support the shipment process, gain awareness of new product, and contribute to omni‑order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pickup.

• At least 16 years of age
