Responsibilities
- Acknowledge members, identify their needs, and provide guidance on self‑service technology.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, promoting company products and services.
- Supervise associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, and providing feedback.
- Train associates on processes and procedures, ensuring member complaints are resolved per company guidelines.
- Receive and stock supplies, maintain the sales floor, and complete required paperwork logs.
- Ensure facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintain merchandise presentation, handle claims and returns, zone, and organize displays.
- Monitor product quality, enforce proper rotation, recalls, and sanitation standards.
- Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, ensuring accurate selection.
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote compliance with ethical and compliance standards, assisting management with corrections.
- Lead and participate in teams, coordinate assignments, and support teammates to meet timelines and quality goals.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum six months of retail experience and six months of customer service experience.
- Experience leading a team, supervising including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
Hourly wage range: $21.00 – $29.00. Premiums may add $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
