Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers every day, choosing the right items and filling online orders. The position is fast paced, spanning all departments, and involves dispensing orders and engaging with customers through the process.

The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. At times, you may need to juggle online order shopping while helping in‑store customers. • Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile
