Pay: $15.50 per hour with a 25 cent increase every three months for the first year, then regular increases. Weekly pay available.

• Act as the store manager in their absence, overseeing all location operations.
• Assist the store manager with daily paperwork and filing daily reports.
• Conduct inventory counts, cash audits, and ensure all deposits are taken to the bank daily.
• Record all invoices for inventory control.
• Communicate daily with sales associates and corporate office personnel.
• Work with vendors and ensure proper placement of orders.
• Create staff schedules without exceeding allotted labor hours.
• Maintain the store appearance to reflect the company's standards.
• Manage pricing by checking competitor pricing.
• Ensure compliance with all laws pertaining to store operations.
• Ensure personnel adhere to company policies and handle staffing issues as they arise.
• Ensure workplace safety.
