In this management position, you are an essential part of who we are. You are responsible for management of the entire location, providing exemplary customer service, building team member relations, and ensuring the highest profitability of the location.

Additional responsibilities include supervision of sales associates during shift, training and coaching sales associates, ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees, ensuring the store's appearance reflects the company's standards, complying with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operation, responsible for daily paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, controlling labor hours, overseeing day to day operations, and monitoring competitor pricing at the store's local competition.

Qualifications include a team player attitude with upbeat personality, trustworthy and professional, effective communication, self-motivated, able to multi-task and be extremely organized, physically able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods, and knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
