Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services

• A proactive approach to encourage customers to commit to services
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to direct conversations and close sales
• 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training required
• Associate's degree or higher preferred

• Experience in customer service or sales-oriented roles
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
