Field Service Supervisor / Flex Officer (Marion Regional Office)
This position is a full-time role with 20 hours as a supervisor and 20 hours as a flex officer.
Schedule:
Full-Time 20 hrs supervisor / 20 hrs flex officer.
Pay:
Supervisor $21.00 per hour / Flex $19.00 per hour.
We are seeking a reliable and professional Client Service Supervisor to maintain a safe and secure worksite for our clients. Key responsibilities include assessing and supporting all client account locations and staff during assigned shifts, leading by example, motivating staff, ensuring compliance with client requirements, training personnel, and handling issues and situations that may arise.
Qualifications- IL PERC certification
- 20-hour security certificate
- Clean DMV record
- English language proficiency (read, write, speak)
- Good customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Background checks (criminal, DMV, drug)
- Experience with any U.S. employer
- Physically fit to stand/walk 8-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Availability every day, including weekends, all shifts
- High School Diploma
- GED or equivalent
- IL PERC Card
- Driver's License
- 20-hour IL security training certificate
