Local and established Waterproofing and Foundation Repair company in Marion, IL seeking full-time Foremen, Leadmen, and Laborers. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career with a growing organization.
Pay & Advancement- Starting pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
- Foreman-in-Training program available for qualified candidates
- Class C license required for Foremen (can be obtained after hire)
- Work in confined spaces
- Follow directions and work as part of a crew
- Manual digging and lifting 80–100 lbs
- Concrete labor and material handling
- Long hours and occasional Saturdays
