TASC is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support the Housing Is Recovery program, helping individuals with substance use disorders or serious mental illness secure and maintain stable, affordable housing. You'll deliver specialized case management, conduct housing screenings, and coordinate with behavioral health, employment, and wraparound services.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, at least 2 years of experience, and the ability to obtain CADC/CRSS
