Administrative Assistant
The City of Marion is seeking an energetic, self-starting individual for a Parks Department Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time position with a salary of $14.00 per hour. Applications/Resumes will be accepted through Friday, May 29th, 2026.
Job responsibilities:
Under general direction, performs office duties; types correspondence; reports and records; maintains filing system and maintains payroll and benefits records.
Qualifications:
Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities to perform the work of this position. Example of qualified candidate is one who has training or experience in typing, computers, bookkeeping, and office procedures.
