Construction Safety Manager - Automotive

The Boldt Company , a subsidiary of the Boldt Group

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

Lead safety excellence across some of the Midwest's most complex automotive, industrial, and manufacturing construction projects. Build Something Bigger Than a Job. Lead Safety on Projects That Matter.

We Are Boldt

Join The Boldt Company as a Safety Manager supporting automotive manufacturing, industrial construction, and facility projects across Marion, Fort Wayne, Kokomo, and Bedford, Indiana
. We're looking for a safety leader who thrives in the field and is passionate about protecting people, building strong relationships, and driving an exceptional safety culture. In this role, you'll partner with project teams to lead OSHA compliance, incident investigations, contractor safety, safety training, audits, risk management, lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space programs, and project safety planning.

This is more than a typical construction safety role. You'll enjoy the stability of supporting long-term projects throughout Indiana while helping shape the future growth of a regional safety team.
