Position: Physician / Family Practice / Indiana / Permanent / Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Only - 90 Minutes North of
- BC/BE Family Medicine Physician - 100% Outpatient practice group.

- Built in referrals - Onsite behavior health services provided by skilled Psychologist with an IP/OP Mental Health Clinic in county.

- Monday-Friday schedule.

- Schedule can be modified.

- Typically see 22-25 ppd.

- 1:7 office call (phone calls only).

- See all ages but primarily adults.

- Excellent physician network of specialists for easy access to specialty care.
